Our company is not responsible for such delays, and the client will be notified in order to prevent additional invoicing due to delays caused by the official immigration departments.

If you wish to cancel our services after engaging us, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee and any work performed up to the date of cancellation. The administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that reimbursement may not be possible if significant work has been done on your case, such as the filing of your application, as our team starts working immediately upon engagement and files applications within the next two business days. Our determination of refund eligibility and amount shall be final and binding.

Modifications to Terms
